**Minimum rental period is 7 nights due to Home Owners' Association restrictions.**
This home has it all: easy access to town, ample parking, an attached garage, a screened porch with stone (gas)fireplace, plus a covered deck.  And that is only on the outside.   Inside, the kitchen is open to the greatroom and boasts marble countertops with beautiful cabinetry and top of the line Thermador appliances.  The greatroom with gas stacked stone fireplace with large flat screen TV above and a dry bar and bookcases along side.   DirecTV signal, WiFi, and good cellular reception.    The master bedroom is light and airy with King-sized bed a spacious and luxurious master bath.

On the second floor is a second master (King) with a private bath. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with bath across the hall. Also on this upper floor is a sitting area with a 28" flat screen TV. The rear, main floor porch has a large Weber gas grill and a dining table...Everything needed for a peaceful in-town retreat in Highlands!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

I don't think I have much more to add to what I've written above. I typically do not respond to survey requests such as yours. In this case, however, your company saved me from a Christmas disaster and helped deliver a Christmas we will always cherish. Thank you!I had contact with only two members of your team, but both were extremely helpful and gracious. The first was the person who found us the house we ultimately rented. My wife dealt with her during the process of locating a house. My wife called on the Tuesday of Christmas week, I believe, when our previous plan to stay near Highlands fell through. What a predicament! From what I was able to observe, your representative became devoted to finding us a place. Later, I spoke to her on a couple of occasions to follow up with the rental details, the paperwork, and the procedures for getting into the house. She was extremely pleasant and efficient. The other person I spoke with was the woman who was on "night duty" when I had a problem getting into the house (described in an earlier comment). She returned my call within approximately 10 minutes, which I thought was quite prompt. She, too, was very pleasant and motivated to assist, offering to stay on the line until we successfully dealt with the gate to the complex and entered the house, itself.
