No expense spared in this 3 bed, 2 bath home with luxurious furnishings, decor, and appliances.  Renovated in 2022, this home features an open floor plan with full smart-home technology thoughtfully integrated throughout.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas log fireplace and a fully modernized kitchen including quartz countertops and stainless steel smart appliances, accompanied by a whole-house water filtration system and a triple-filtered kitchen faucet. Ample outdoor seating on the front and backside of the home for the whole family to enjoy the pleasant mountain climate.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a private bath as well as access to the rear deck. Two Guest bedrooms (private Queen, and 2 bunk-style beds with 2 Queen and 2 Twins) share a hall bathroom in the hall.
Each room features SmartTVs and quality sound systems, as well as automatic air purifiers and Apple Hubs for ease of use. A mesh Wifi system and two cell phone boosters paired with a generator and backup batteries for each electronic device will ensure you stay connected, even in this private mountain location!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
