Sit back and relax in this beautifully remodeled vacation home located at Chestnut Hill in Highlands, NC. No expense spared in this 3 bed, 2 bath home with luxurious furnishings, decor, and appliances. Renovated in 2022, this home features an open floor plan with full smart-home technology thoughtfully integrated throughout.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas log fireplace and a fully modernized kitchen including quartz countertops and stainless steel smart appliances, accompanied by a whole-house water filtration system and a triple-filtered kitchen faucet. Ample outdoor seating on the front and backside of the home for the whole family to enjoy the pleasant mountain climate.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a private bath as well as access to the rear deck. Two Guest bedrooms (private Queen, and 2 bunk-style beds with 2 Queen and 2 Twins) share a hall bathroom in the hall.
Each room features SmartTVs and quality sound systems, as well as automatic air purifiers and Apple Hubs for ease of use. A mesh Wifi system and two cell phone boosters paired with a generator and backup batteries for each electronic device will ensure you stay connected, even in this private mountain location!

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]

The kids really loved the bunk beds and TVs in all of the rooms and we really were happy with the kitchen and the supplies for cooking/grilling. It was very comfortable for our family, very nicely decorated and beautifully landscaped. The location was convenient, easy to get to Highlands and Cashiers and the communication with any needs was very quick. I would stay here again for sure!
